Discover Fat Zombies, the first game that helps you fight (literally), the “I need to eat this” temptation.
bad
When you feel you need to eat something you shouldn’t, play a Fat Zombies game and experience the feeling of destroying your
enemy.

Fat Zombies is the first game developed to help you overcome the “bad food” craving, based on the applied psychology techniques offered to you by SensoDiet System. With each game of Fat Zombies you play, you can obtain three benefits: the experience of overcoming temptation, generate new associations in your mind and dissolve the “bad food” cravings.

One of the main challenges to overcome when you want to change your habits lies in the idea that " desire is stronger than oneself". It is therefore important to generate an expectation of power and control over food at a mental level.

This game is a fantastic tool to create a firm belief in your mind that you have the resources to overcome your bad nutrition habit.

Fat Zombies has been designed to give you two benefits each time you play a game with it:

Develop an experience of victory over the “bad food” temptation.

The game offers a reality in which junk food is associated with various aversive stimuli for your mind to integrate these elements into your mental map of nutrition.
You may play a game every time you are tempted to eat something you really shouldn’t eat or before meals. In addition, Fat Zombies is available for iPhone, so you can play games anywhere without depending on your computer.

From the Fat Zombies main menu and after the game experience, you can activate the dissolution session, based on the strategy of the eye movement pattern proposed in Senso Screen.

The bad food craving reduction process using this strategy is based on the following points:

Every sensation at the mental level consists of various elements (images, sounds, physiology...)

When we experience a sensation and alter some of the elements, in this case the body physiology associated with eye movements, the brain reinterprets the feeling and its original intensity is reduced or cancelled.

If you recuperate voluntarily the feeling of wanting some unhealthy food and apply this strategy, you can reduce the intensity and the appeal it causes. In the case of Fat Zombies, a simplified form of eye movement strategy is applied as proposed by Milton Erickson, a physician and hypnotherapist who inspired some of the strategies proposed by Neuro-Linguistic Programming in the field of therapy and personal development.
